2. About Our Services

Ansari Aviation Academy provides online educational courses in aviation and pilot training, led by Wing Commander Nadeem Ansari. Our courses are delivered entirely in digital format through our online learning platform. No physical materials will be shipped.

3. Eligibility

Our courses are available to learners worldwide. By purchasing a course, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide during registration and checkout is accurate and complete.

4. Course Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled course(s) within 24 hours. Course access is granted for a period of 12 months (one year) from the date of purchase. After this period, access may expire unless renewed. We reserve the right to update or improve course content during your access period to ensure quality and accuracy.

5. Payment & Pricing

All course prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Paddle, our authorised payment processor. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s terms of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, slides, written materials, graphics, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ansari Aviation Academy. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence for private learning only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course content.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.
• Use course content for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Record or capture course materials for redistribution in any form.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner. Any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment, harasses instructors or fellow students, or violates applicable law may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

9. Disclaimers

Our courses are for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, career results, or examination pass rates. Aviation regulations vary by country; students are solely responsible for verifying applicable local requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansari Aviation Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data responsibly. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as necessary to deliver our courses.
